Episode 1.1

At the start of his five year mission, Alan arrives at the Spaceport to inspect his new crew and saucer, familiar with the drill. Perhaps there will be a very logical first officer, challengingly devoid of emotion; a dreepy ship’s counsellor with whom there may still be possibilities for romance; a large and somewhat irritating chief of security whose instincts always to fire the photon torpedoes will have to be reined in. Strange at first but, over time, reassuringly familiar companions in the utter loneliness of space.
He is a little disappointed at what he finds.
