Despite Admiral Hanson’s warning that “the fight
does not go well, Alan”, arriving late at grid reference Wolf 359, where the
fleet was due to engage with the Borg before they reach sector 001, Alan cannot
understand how little effect the most modern Star Fleet crochet technology has
had upon the Borg cube as, instead, it floats destroyed in space. Is this the
end of the franchise?
