Alan cannot help feeling slightly resentful that the studio has insisted on using one of his own precious fifteen episodes as a kind of pilot for a spin off series starring his chum Tenbury Wells: ‘The Tenbury-Wellsian’. 

Perhaps he is also a little envious of the obvious marketing possibilities of Stavru, the Baby Dalek.
