Episode P1.7

There wasn’t time for Alan and his script writers actually to re-watch Nigel Kneale’s influential ‘Stone Tape’ before making their homage. But they seem to remember it is a ghost story set in a cellar and, given the title, some sort of stone tape recorder must surely be involved? 

 It cannot be that hard to wing a reasonable script even as the cameras roll.
