Although they generally inhabit a different corner of the narrative universe, Alan has always feared the legendary Daleks almost as much as he fears the Borg. But now that they have invaded Spaceport and spilled mulled wine on the cream carpets, surrounded by their yapping as they turn circles round his flippers, he begins to have some confidence that, armed with the Saucer’s trusty apple corer and meat tenderiser, he and TW can probably take them all on.
