Episode 10.13

At some point in Season 10, it seems that the safe boundary between the rational narrative universe Alan shares with Captain Picard and the madness beyond may have become permeable. (Was 10.2’s ‘sciencing’ of Satan the gateway episode? Is that where evil entered Alan’s universe?) Now, trapped between red curtains, Alan struggles to resist the temptation to walk, and even to speak, backwards. 

What would he not give, now, for a damn fine cup of coffee?
