Episode 9.10

Not much has happened so far in this episode and, flicking ahead in the script, it doesn’t seem that much will. Alan is pushing a dead hatchling down a long road, occasionally threatened by shabby strangers who seem to want to steal either Alan’s meat tenderiser - the only weapon he seems to have salvaged from the unspecified back story, though for some reason he’s only allowed to bludgeon two more people to death with it - or the hatchling, which turns out to be Alan’s (and everyone’s) only source of food. 

This is all very depressing! Normally, Alan snacks between every scene/shoot but he’s not even sure he wants to try what he’s been given, this time.
